INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available for physical products. Gallery products are processed in collaboration with our manufacturing partners. Shipping is displayed accordingly in your shopping cart.

CUSTOM CRYSTAL ORDERS

Custom orders are available per request for domestic shipping within Hong Kong via SF Express. Free shipping for custom crystal orders is included.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Services and Gallery products (physical and digital) are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Should there be any inherent physical defects, notify us in writing within 7-days of delivery arrival (based on tracking). We reserve the right and sole discretion to the final solution.
